Judith was looking for a home in an area of town known as South Capitol in Santa Fe.  We looked at numerous homes until we thought we found the right one.  We made an offer on it, and lost out by another offer.  Sad as it was, I told her we needed to move on. I knew what she was looking for and I knew talking to other Realtors would pay off.  When another Keller Williams agent told me me he had a new listing in the South Capitol, Judith was ready to make an offer. In 4 hours, we were under contract. It's the perfect little casita for her and her daughter.  She believes it was manifested and named it so. Tom

Tom  sold our Santa Fe condo when no properties were selling in our condo association. He overcame the headwinds of the economy, the bad credit of would-be buyers, and a suit by the association against the builder. Despite the fact that our condo was probably listed at a lower price than properties Tom usually represented, he was always accessible and returned our calls or met with us promptly. He was always courteous and pleasant to deal with, and always told us the truth. He knows everyone in real estate in Santa Fe, has seen every possible situation, and knows how to make the sale happen for his seller. Tom was recommended to us by a former client of his, and he delivered for us just as he had done for her. I strongly recommend Tom Trujillo to anyone selling real estate in Santa Fe. I would use him again if I had another Santa Fe property to sell.

Thanks Tom! You're the best agent we ever worked with. You are a pleasure to work with, and we came to see you as a trusted friend as well as our agent.

"When we first met Tom, we were immediately comfortable with him.  He was local and knew Santa Fe, literally every corner, every street.  We might have been his easiest sale since all he had to do is show us three homes. The last one was perfect!. Frankly, I believe he listened what we wanted and he knew exactly where to take us."

As time has gone by, my wife and I have become wonderful friends with Sue and Fred  and look forward to seeing them every time they come to Santa Fe to their second home. One of my all time favorite greetings; "how's my brother from another mother?" comes from Fred with a big hug and his Philadelphia smile. Tom

"I called Tom that I needed to find a nice home for my two girls and myself.  We were living in the country and I needed to move closer into work and school.  I had never bought a home on my own.  Tom asked me to come into his office to meet him and to discuss what I was looking for. I remember asking when would be a good time, expecting him to say something like next week.   Instead he said, "how about now?"  I think he could hear the panic in my voice.  When we met, he took me out immediately to show me areas I might be interested in.  Within a next few weeks, we were moving into a beautiful home in Eldorado. It wasn't my dream house but it was a start.  Within three years I was ready for the country again and Tom found us the perfect little farm house in Nambe. Now we're settled, with animals and open space.  It took me a little time to match my dream but with Tom's help, he made it happen for all of us."

Linda is one of my all time favorite success stories. She's not only a farmer, but quite an accomplished artist. She gave me one of her beautiful oil paintings which still hangs over my fireplace and a photo of her when she made Fire Chief for the City of Santa Fe. Tom

I know looking   or selling a home in Santa Fe or northern New Mexico can be quite a task. I’m a local, grew up in Los Alamos, worked my family's ranch near Chama, and know someone in nearly every village from here to the state line. Like most kids who grew up here, I left to attend college, worked for the big out-of-state companies, got smart and moved back. When it comes to knowing this area, well it’s not uncommon for other Realtors to call me and ask directions to some Pueblito,Camino or Calle they never heard of.

You may have seen a home with vigas or a kiva fireplace, made from adobe and plastered in sto or stucco and wondered what does this all mean? What's the difference between living on the east side or south side of town? Hopefully, this is a place I can help. I've been selling property since 1991 from Casitas to Haciendas.   Let me know how I can help you.  I’m never to busy for your business!  Call me at 505.699.4954 or email meTom
